Troubleshooting and Solutions: If the product stops heating after 5-10 minutes of use, the issue may be that the inner cup is not properly in place after reassembly. To resolve this, stop the heating and ensure the inner tank is screwed in tightly.

If the mug does not work in the car when first used, the reason may be that the car's central control system has cut off power to the outlet. Some car models are known to have this issue (Toyota Corolla, Yaris, Vios; Honda Fit, VE-1, Crider; Peugeot 301, 308, 401; Citroën; Kia K2, K3; Hyundai i3, Encino). Please note this before placing your order.

If an error occurs due to a mismatch between the car's power and the mug, the display will show "ER." To adjust, follow these steps: 1. Long press the "I" button and "-" button for more than 5 seconds. 2. The LCD display will show "3". 3. Use the "-" button to choose "2". 4. Press "I" to confirm the setting.

The cigarette plug may be a bit difficult to insert initially, but with patience, it will fit snugly. The large copper contacts on both sides are designed to increase current transfer and speed up heating.
